SUTTON DINING ROOM: Warm, elegant finishes and a chef’s catering and demonstration kitchen make the 14-person Sutton Dining Room an ideal place to host and toast.
THE SCREENING ROOM: An intimate, state-of-the-art audio-visual experience, including plush custom sofas, a wet bar, and seating for 16.
THE GAME ROOM: Complete with a golf simulator, foosball, ping pong, and vintage arcade games, The Game Room is fun for all ages.
THE SCULPTURE GARDEN: Adjacent to Library, the Resident Sculpture Garden offers a serene escape with a stunning marble-encased water feature. This tranquil oasis is complemented by custom-designed furniture, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation.
THE PLAYROOM: A fun, bright space for little ones to romp around at any point throughout the day. With unique features like an interactive mural by celebrated children’s illustrator/designer Elanna Allen and an adjacent stroller annex, this is not your typical playroom.
THE CASUAL DINING LOUNGE: Situated adjacent to The Game Room, The Casual Dining Lounge is a more intimate entertaining space for gatherings, meetings, or parties of up to 10.
FITNESS CENTER:
The Health and Wellness Center is designed for a complete approach to wellbeing. A spectacular 50-foot swimming pool shimmers in opalescent tiles shaded to mimic the tones of a sky at dusk. The Pool is flanked by a whirlpool, spa treatment rooms, infrared saunas, showers, and changing rooms. Those interested in raising their pulse will find a full gym, along with fitness, boxing, and movement studios.
50' SWIMMING POOL: Inspired by the Tower’s dramatic river and sky-filled views, the 50' Swimming Pool is organically shaped and detailed for comfort and everyday use. The pool is a grotto-like space, finished from floor to ceiling in tiny, iridescent glass tiles.
